Bio: Breaking the bank since 2018, Penny hopes your change will jingle as she jiggles. A Florida native, Penny has a background in improv, a multitude of art mediums, and stage combat. She’s super proud to be doing Rubenesque burlesque and thinks everybody is a burlesque body.
